包從收入到分給股東股東是兩個自然人。查賬證收的是不是這樣 ：小規模增100萬*3%=3萬一定要交的吧。沒有費用的情況下所得稅（100-3）*25%=24.25萬是吧。。如果利潤分給股東100-3-24.25=72.75萬吧。分給兩個股東代扣個稅72.75*20%。這目前所有的稅是不是全交了。如果這個沒錯。那定率的從收入到分給股東又有什么 稅
